Therefore, Ghost Writing Experts will not bear any responsibility for the consequences of any unauthorized and inappropriate use of your e-book, covers, and illustrations during and after the completion of the contract and will not be accountable for any legal actions taken in response.

Third-party sharing from either Ghost Writing Experts or the client may involve serious ramifications including legal processions. Therefore, the court of law will treat both parties equally over unauthorized third-party information disclosure.

We value your trust and time and recognize your right to ask for a refund. Ghost Writing Experts recognizes that you may have a valid reason to discontinue your association with our services. Therefore, we may process your refund request when communicated:
As soon as we receive the client’s response to our questionnaire, we draft an initial outline. Upon their approval, we proceed to write the first chapter.
These stages are incredibly crucial in determining whether you can request and qualify for a refund because once the initial outline is approved, you are officially on-board and may no longer qualify for a refund.
You have approved (a) the structure and division of ideas; (b) the writing style and tone of our writers who follow a standard approach throughout the writing process. Therefore, your initial approval also applies for the rest of the book.
If our project deadline is overdue because of (a) an incomplete brief; (b) delayed response from client; (c) technical error in our servers that interrupts the delivery of your book, then you may not be eligible for the refund.
Ghost Writing Experts believes in building lasting relations with clients. Therefore, even if they are dissatisfied with our services, we may not let our clients go just yet!
If you feel dissatisfied with the initial draft, you may request for a revision instead. Please note that the time limit for demanding revisions should not exceed a week of receiving the first draft otherwise your request may not be accommodated.
Furthermore, the initial brief will remain unchanged throughout the writing process and (a) the deviation from the original plan and (b) the subsequent modifications in multiple pre-approved drafts will be accompanied with paid revisions.

Our customer support team may take up to fourteen days to process your request. We (a) thoroughly evaluate your case against the pre-conditions; (b) measure the alternatives available; (c) determine whether you qualify for a complete, partial, or no refund.
